I am interested in business, AI, the internet, independent work, and the people who seem to see around corners before everyone else has language for what changed.
I have spent a lot of time around owner-led businesses and messy work. That made me pay attention to the gap between what people say the problem is and what the problem actually seems to be.
This site is where I write through that. Some posts will be useful. Some will be exploratory. The point is to build a public trail of what I am studying, noticing, and testing.
