Overview
These terms describe the standard scope and payment expectations for the AI Leverage Audit and related AI operating coaching services from Colton Foley.
AI Leverage Audit
The AI Leverage Audit is a paid diagnostic for owner-led service businesses. The audit is designed to identify practical AI use cases, prioritize the highest-leverage starting points, and create a simple 30-day adoption roadmap.
Included
- Review of sales, admin, follow-up, SOP, customer communication, reporting, and team workflows.
- Identification of practical AI use cases and places where AI should not be used yet.
- Prioritization of the highest-leverage starting workflows.
- Safe-use and adoption recommendations.
- A 30-day AI adoption roadmap.
Not Included Unless Separately Scoped
- Ongoing implementation or unlimited revisions.
- Custom software development.
- Zapier, CRM, or automation maintenance.
- IT support or ongoing technical support.
- Guaranteed revenue, cost savings, or business outcomes.
- Ongoing team training after the audit.
Payment
The standard AI Leverage Audit fee is $1,500 and is due before audit work begins. Audit delivery begins after payment and receipt of the requested kickoff information.
Delivery Timeline
The standard delivery target is 7-10 business days after kickoff materials are received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds And Cancellations
If an audit is canceled before work begins, payment may be refunded. Once custom audit work begins, payments are non-refundable because the work is diagnostic and advisory.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business context, workflow examples, and relevant non-sensitive materials needed for the audit. Recommendations are advisory, and results depend on client execution, team adoption, market conditions, and operational follow-through.
Data And AI Use
Clients should not provide sensitive, regulated, confidential, or customer-private data unless a safe handling process has been agreed in advance.
