Talk through the constraint.
This is not a pitch for a predetermined package. The goal is to understand where the business feels stuck, whether the real constraint is clear, and whether there is a useful first experiment worth running.
Best Fit
Owners who want a thinking partner and practical builder, not a generic AI vendor. Scattered brain is okay. Refusing to look at the real constraint is not.
Common First Constraints
Lead follow-up, pipeline visibility, customer communication, scheduling, internal handoffs, unclear offers, bad data, weak training, owner bottlenecks, or AI adoption that is not attached to a real workflow.
Transparency
If I can help, I will say so. If the better move is simpler than working with me, I will say that too. The paid path only makes sense when the constraint is real, painful, and worth changing.
